ABOUT US

The Power of Global Talent Paves The Way For The Future Of Companies.

With the decrease in the working-age population, many companies are facing a serious problem of human resource shortage. In this context, accepting excellent foreign human resources is expected not only to solve the problem of human resource shortage, but also to open up the future for companies by expanding into overseas markets and developing sales channels.

This project supports the recruitment and retention of foreign human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises in the prefecture, supports foreign students (including graduates) in finding employment in Japan, and holds various events to provide matching opportunities between small and medium-sized enterprises and foreign students in the prefecture.

CAREER LAUNCH &
INTEGRATION ONLINE COURSE

This is an online course aimed at preparing for job hunting and preparing for employment after receiving a job offer, in order to support the smooth employment of international students and others considering employment in Chiba Prefecture.

This is an event where you can actually see how foreign employees are performing in the workplace.

  • ① Snouchi Co., Ltd. (welding auxiliary material manufacturer)

    Location: Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture

    [Company description]

    As a manufacturer of welding auxiliary materials with a proud history of over 50 years, we are always pursuing high quality and convenience.
    Our main products are not only steel frames and rebars, but we are also actively working on technological development and overseas expansion.

    We are in charge of customer service and sales management, and also handle front-office work and liaison with local branches in China.

  • ②Sankyu East Japan Service Co., Ltd.(harbor transportation business)

    Location: Sodegaura City, Chiba Prefecture

    [Company description]

    An affiliate of the major comprehensive logistics company "Sankyu", we support manufacturing at customers' factories,
    contract various tasks such as on-site logistics, and handle harbor transportation business, and work together with Sankyu.

    We manage Vietnamese trainees and act as a liaison between Japanese employees and trainees.
